  3. PAKISTAN - Passport and visa required.  Visa must be obtained before
  4. arrival.  Tourist visa requires 1 application form, 1 photo and proof of
  5. onward/return transportation.  Validity depends on length of visit (minimum
  6. 3 months), multiple entries, no charge.  Need letter from company for
  7. business visa.  Include prepaid envelope for return of passport by
  8. registered mail.  AIDS test required for stays over 1 year.  For
